• We will provide website template sample. [As per Client’s Guidelines] You can change colors and images, then we will change the design for you.  For extra templates than mentioned, charges will be applicable.
• Online Demo will be provided 5-7 working days.
• Extra charges for social media page creations.
• At all times, you shall bear full risk of damage and loss to your website and all of your website content.
• Go for LIVE after all changes and confirmation.
• Email confirmation needed before going live
• Minor changes can be done after online.
• Do not reuse and modify without our permission
• Ensure the confidentiality of your password.
• Products are one time use for registered domain with us. All copyright is with us only.
• Delay in payment – After making the website live with the outstanding amount of payment: We will transfer the live website to the demo after 7 days.
• No Refund will be issued
• We are not responsible in any manner for your domain, web server, email login credentials and renewal related issues. Client should maintain login details and renewal information.
• Domain and Hosting should be with us for minimum 2 Years.
• If there is no communication from client more than 60 days the project will be treated as closed.
• We are not responsible for email communications and missing of mails from your computer.
• We suggest you to take regular backup of your email communication using forward copy to your Gmail account. This setting is not a default feature by us.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

• If the business is terminated, the company will not refund any amount towards membership fee you paid.

Non-Commercial Use by Members

This site exists to advertise and promote the personal profiles of individual members for the purpose of generating acceptances from related contests and cannot be used in any business ventures. This includes providing links to other websites that are considered competitive with PG Softwares. Companies, organizations and / or businesses cannot become members of PG Softwares and do not use our service or site for any purpose.
