The Domain Terms

From where we are buying the domain for you, their terms and conditions will apply. Domain should be with us for a minimum period of 2 Years. If transfer out before 2 years then, one-year renewal charges will be applied. No guarantee and warrantee about the expiry. The client should take the responsibility to renew their domain in time. We will send reminders but the reminder is not a mandatory process.

The Hosting Terms

From where we are buying the Hosting for you, their terms and conditions will apply. Downtime may be based on the hosting server. No guarantee and warrantee on downtime. We will coordinate and take our very best effort with the server support team to fix the issue to make the site live. Hosting should be with us for a minimum period of 2 Years. If transfer out before 2 years then, one-year renewal charges will be applied.

The Webmail Terms

We are not responsible for any hacking of your email communications and missing e-mails from your computer. We suggest you take regular backup of your email communication using a forward copy to your Gmail account. This setting is not a default feature by us. We strongly recommend licensed software and protect your computer with antivirus.

Renewal Terms

We are not responsible in any manner for your domain, web server, email login credentials, WordPress theme renewal, WordPress Plugin Renewal, and renewal-related issues. The client should maintain login details and renewal information. Our reminder is not mandatory.

Maintenance Terms

Regular backups & Plugin updates will be done only for the websites hosted on our server. We can do websites maintenance hosted on the client’s server at additional charges.

The Payment Gateway Terms

From where we are buying the payment gateway for you, their terms and conditions will apply.

Third-party Products

From where we are buying any third-party product for you, their terms and conditions will apply. This may be a theme or a plugin.

Images and Content Copyrights

Copyright to logos, files, and data supplied by the client will be owned by the client and the client will grant We the authority to modify and use them. Obtaining relevant copyrights of any third-party material will be the client’s responsibility. The responsibility of granting We the copyright permissions also lies with the client. We insulated from any claims that arise from the materials provided by the client. This could be a result of improper copyright permissions or negligence by the client. We consider the contract a guarantee that the client has taken care of these issues. We reserve the right to ask for evidence that expresses the authority and permission.

We do not assume responsibility for any changes caused by the client or a third party. These could include but would not be limited to deletions, modifications, or additions. However, we could be willing to rectify these for an additional charge.

Payment Terms

  1. Check your estimation for all the payment terms.
  2. GST 18% will be added.
  3. Payments can be made by / G-Pay / Net transfer / Cheque to our Bank Account.
  4. Estimated value is not the fixed and final one. This may be revised based on the ongoing requirement changes.
  5. Delaying in final payment – After your website or Mobile App is Live and starts working Client has to pay the final payment within seven working days.  If failed, we will move the LIVE website or mobile app into the DEMO version.
  6. No refund or return any of your payment towards the domain, hosting, Website Design, Mobile App Development, Digital marketing, and all our other services.
  7. Payment may not switch to another project of the same client.
  8. Advance Payment will be treated as project confirmation.
  9. We generally accept completion stage-wise payment only for design or development.
  10. Domain, SSL, Hosting, 3rd party Plugin, and other services are against 100% advance.

General Terms

  • Order confirmation with 50% of payment.
  • We will provide website designs templates. [As per Client’s Guidelines]
  • Changes and confirmation on design template with all digital content.
  • Online Demo will be provided 5- 7 working days.
  • Go for LIVE after all changes and confirmation. [50% payment].
  • Email confirmation needed before going live
  • Minor changes can be done after online.
  • Delaying in content – Minimum 10 working days otherwise cost will be calculated based on hours (cost may increase or decrease) due to custom development process.
  • Delaying in payment – After making the website Live with payment dues: We will move the LIVE website into DEMO after 7 days.
  • Final price may change based on the full website content and requirement functionalities.
  • No Refund will be issued
  • Functioning of app / website are subject to internet network properties. Therefore we cannot be liable for any disruption of website / apps due to such internet service issues.
  • We can use java script for event management or animation, but subject to browser compatibility and additional hourly charges.
  • We are not responsible in any manner for your domain, web server, email  login credentials and renewal related issues. Client should maintain login details and renewal information.
  • We cannot assure downtime, website crash and security preach.
  • We will not provide developer visit for Website packages. If needed, additional charges will be applicable.
  • Domain and Hosting should be with us for minimum 2 Years.
  • If transfer out before 2 years then, one year renewal charges will be applied.
  • After finish your project you have to get your all file documents back within a month. Otherwise we will delete your all files after one month.
  • If there is no communication from client more than 60 days the project will be treated as closed.
  • The source code can be handed over to our client only for their own project.
    Should not copy are sale the source code without our knowledge.
  • We are not responsible for email communications and missing of mails from your computer.
  • We suggest you to take regular backup of your email communication using forward copy to your Gmail account. This setting is not a default feature by us.
  • Sometimes website functionalities [Contact Form, Slider, Payment Gateway, and more… ] may be failed due to the automatic Plugins or  Theme updates. We can fix this, only based on the client’s request with or without additional charges based on the working time.  Also, we cannot give any guarantee or responsible for these types of functionalities failure.

Project Validity

The duration of projects, are maximum of 30 days for all the below category services. [All types of – Designing or Maintenance of Website / Mobile App & Digital Marketing]. After 30 days of the project, it will be treated as discontinued/closed. There will be no refund or claim eligibility.

No refund and No Guaranteed Result for Digital Marketing Services.

IOS APP STORE Review Responsibility

Placing of  our client APP with  IOS APP STORE is not a mandatory. Apple hold the all rights to display new app with their APP STORE by review team.  So, we cannot give any guarantee or assurance to place your app with IOS APP STORE.

Our all mobile apps project development contract will not cover the placing of APP with IOS APP STORE. But we can do the APPLE Review team’s suggestions at additional hourly cost . APPLE IOS APP REJECTION
